MOSH Planetarium

The Bryan-Gooding Planetarium and Alexander Brest Space Theater are equipped with the latest technology to create a planetarium experience like nothing you’ve seen before.

While the specifics of the equipment may sound complicated, one thing is perfectly clear: the view.

The Bryan-Gooding Planetarium features:

• The Konica Minolta Super MediaGlobe II, a full-color single-lens dome system with high resolution projection.
• A fish-eye lens that projects seamless images over the entire dome without distortion.

Combined, these tools can create super-realistic simulations of our universe – as well as sharp projections of computer graphic and live-action movies.

The Alexander Brest Space Theater features:

• 5.1 Digital JBL Theater Speaker System, Crown DSI Amps (over 13,000 watts at 1KZ), Media Matrix and Creston processors and controllers
• Wireless microphones, hard drive, CD AMD MP3 sound sources
• Wireless Assistive Listening System
• Pleiades Red, Green, Blue LED Cove Lighting Advanced System
